An afternoon tour of 'Bikes, Beers & Strange Birds' for craft beer connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts

- Hand-crafted boutique beers

- Stunning scenery
- Native wildlife
- Award winning wines
- PYO strawberries

This exciting leisurely afternoon tour affectionately known as Bikes, Beers and Strange Birds is a must for craft beer connoisseurs and wine enthusiasts. This fully guided tour journeys through the beautiful area of Severnlea. You will ride past well established fruit and vegetable farms and vineyards that change with every season. Quiet country roads take you to wineries where alternative varieties are on offer and our visit to a craft beer brewery will surely quench your thirst.

Special highlight - Pick your own fresh, sweet, juicy strawberries on this tour when in season (Oct-May).

This tour starts at the Visitor Information Centre in Leslie Parade, Stanthorpe. Leave your vehicle here, there is plenty of parking available, or walk from your Stanthorpe CBD accommodation. Our guide will lead the group out of town alongside the picturesque Quart Pot Creek. Look out for the local wildlife including ducks and water dragons that frequent the waterway.

Sample handcrafted, basket pressed wines at our first stop including alternative varieties called – Strange Birds. A little further along we stop at a family owned and operated craft beer brewery where you will find a variety of handcrafted boutique beers. An afternoon snack and drink are included here and you are welcome to sample the brews on offer. We finish at the beautifully landscaped gardens of the colonial homestead building, Beverley, which dates back to the late 1880's and which now boasts a magnificent cellar door. Enjoy a leisurely afternoon glass of your favourite drop before the van arrives to transport you back to Stanthorpe.

How do I carry my wine, beer and purchases? A very good question. All purchases are collected for you and will be available from our vehicle upon your return to Stanthorpe.
